The Wir-Strip-50 is robust and powerfull stripping machine, designed for the processing many types of single core wires or multicore cables.

Construction of Wir-Strip-50 machine is designed for no tools are needed to change blades, guides or adjust lengths.

The machine is designed for 100% safety, because safety is our top priority:
• The cover has a limit switch on it, if it is not closet, the operator cannot produce.
• If the input guide is not inserted into the machine, the input is blocked by a mechanical barrier – see the picture on the other side.
• Fast-changing guide before stipping knives withou any tools.
• Easy changing blades without any tool.
• Automatic safe protection, when inlet guide is not inserted.

On the machine are used the pneumatic valves from company SMC.
